Second Year, Second Try

I fell off the bandwagon for a while there. 7 months. But I'm back and I'm ready to try this again. All October I'll be doing the Whole30 diet. I've had a lot of friends who have had great successes with it and I think it's a great (re)start to my healthy lifestyle.

I'm approaching 30, getting ready to start a family and need to get my back issues in order before I can do any of that. This means dropping weight, getting more active and eating better.

My Goals:
Walk a mile. [Completed in Boston, March 2013]
Go to the store without being sore.
Be healthy.
Look good in a bikini.
Be under 200 lbs!
Look good in a skinny dress.

My Program:
Eat healthy, alternate every day between yoga and a SP workout until I'm strong enough to do more "advanced" workouts. Walk with my husband on the weekends.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. So far I've managed to avoid sweets today. I'm baking two apples in orange juice with pecans, cinnamon, and ginger. That will be dessert for my family tonight!
