Going to lose weight so I can be a good mom!

I have been a yo-yo dieter my entire life. I was finally back on track in 2010 and then I found out I was pregnant with my first baby. I hit my top weight while pregnant and was on my way back down when i got pregnant with my son. I want to get healthy so I can be an active mom and play with my babies the way parents should be able to. I plan on getting to my goal weight slow and steady so I am setting small goals to reach.

My Goals:
My first main goal is to get to 300 pounds.

Goal 1: 330 met!

Goal 2: 320 met!

Goal 3: 310 Met Jan 2013 and again...

Goal 4: 300

My Program:
Get 30+ minutes of cardio in 5 times a week. Eat within my calorie range.

Currently my goal is to finish my 6 week Biggest Loser challenge successfully!

Personal Information:
I have a wonderful supportive husband, a 2 year old and an infant. I work full time 11 hour days as an RN and a 40 minute drive each way. Life is crazy hectic and stressful all at the same time and I love it!

Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
All we can do is take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time.
