My Goals:
Eventually, get down to 135-140 lbs and be stronger, more active.

My Program:
Right now I'm limiting my daily calories to between 1275 and 1345. I either walk an hour at 2 mph or work out to a 2 mile walk aerobics DVD most days. I weight train with free weights and am just starting yoga.

Barb, we are RVing in Michigan for 2 weeks. That is part of the reason for my increased activity. More time to move my hiney since I am not working. LOL !!

Thanks for the encouragement for the RED/BLUE challenge!! I have only done 2 strength training sessions this week, but I hope to get one more in tomorrow.

Thanks for the Skinny Jeans, Barb! I am soo glad I joined this team and even though my points don't count for the team...they WILL count for ME!!! I am psyched to LOSE as joining this team gave me the edge to get out of my slump and stay on my Low-Carb life. I am diabetic, controlled only by diet so I need to keep my numbers as even as possible. I CAN BEAT THIS IF I JUST TRY!!!
