Hi,
I'm BeBarb149. I'm a 60 something woman living in colorful Colorado, almost in the shadow of Pikes Peak. I really need to lose enough weight to get out of the shadow of diabetes, but also would like to be slim and spry again for what ever time I have lelf on this earth.

My Goals:
Eventually, get down to 135-140 lbs and be stronger, more active.

My Program:
Right now I'm limiting my daily calories to between 1275 and 1345. I either walk an hour at 2 mph or work out to a 2 mile walk aerobics DVD most days. I weight train with free weights and am just starting yoga.

Barb, we are RVing in Michigan for 2 weeks. That is part of the reason for my increased activity. More time to move my hiney since I am not working. LOL !!

Thanks for the encouragement for the RED/BLUE challenge!! I have only done 2 strength training sessions this week, but I hope to get one more in tomorrow.
