I am just way to short for my weight. So I am trying to get to a healthy weight. I want to lose weight so I bouht a fitbit. finding the info useful. also doing spark coach. I am learning to be proud of my effort no matter what the scale says. My health #'s are looking great

Thanks for the goodie and well wishes for 2015; the same back at you. I need some improvement on 2014! The most fun thing I'm doing right now is a goal of walking in 100 different parks. I'm all the way to 40 now.
