Congrats on your 10K goal in the upcoming race! I'm a pace bunny for the half-marathon on the 21st. I loved your friend's suggestion for the 3 goals. I usually have two, one for a realistic finish and one for a push time. Based on your 5K results, I think you're going to pleasantly surprise yourself!

Thank you for being one of the few of us who knows that it's just as hard to maintain! I'm in a similar boat, except I'm older (30) and I lost more weight, but gained more of it back. Why is it so hard?
