Getting healthy at age 40+

Hi! I am Rebecca. I am a 40+ year old woman who wants to get in shape and stay there. I live with my girlfriend, and two dogs and one cat. My children are grown and out on their own. I have accomplished a goal of participating in a 5K (under an hour).
Spark People has the best and most encouraging members who amaze me daily! I couldn't do this with you! I also have the honor of being a Missourians! Team leader and blog reader. Keep those blogs coming and you might get a comment from me:)

I am doing p90X - after 5 months of working out and getting ready for it.
DOING CROSSFIT NOW- glad I got some p90x done first so I could be in good enough shape to do this.
Making healthier food choices and starting my day with a Nutriblast shake. MORE Protein!
