Thank you for your comment on the "Ditch Weigh-In Stress for Good!". I weigh myself twice a day, so I can stay on top of my progress. I've always thought these articles were ridiculous saying I had to put away my scale because when I don't weigh daily, I don't realize that I'm gaining. It's that little reminder to watch what I eat today because I'll have to get on the scale later.
Your comment about it being something that sabotages others hit home. I've never understood people who are scared to get on the scale. Now I understand it a little better after your comment. So, thanks! 1405 days ago
