Slow and steady as I turn 60

(01/08/2016) I sure don't FEEL like I'm going to be 60 in 2016, but my body is starting to let me know that my 50s are fading fast.

I don't care if I'm "thin" or "hot" or "sexy" or anything like that. I just want to maintain my mobility as long as I can, and improve my strength, flexibility and endurance.

I've taken off some weight over the last couple of years. I lose at a snail's pace, but I want to keep going and see what I can accomplish this year.

-reach 275 (done Jan. 2016)

-get out of "super morbidly obese" category (273 gets me out of that category) (done 01/15/2016)

-get to 272, which is 25lbs off

-267=30 lbs off, which = 10%

-get under 250

-go up basement stairs normally, instead of putting both feet on each step

-get down on the floor and get back up by myself

-get to 218, which means I'm just "obese"

-get back to my wedding day weight of 210

-be able to wear my wedding rings again

-get smaller than one or two of my sisters :-)

Was browsing my friend page and came across the pic you posted of the cat saying the salad tasted like she's rather be fat! So honest, though I don't feel like that about salad. But there are a lot of things I am NOT willing to do to be thinner, like become a runner, count every bite, cook all my food myself, or live by the scale... at least for now. Warmest wishes!

yes, losing weight but due to extreme stress, not sleeping much and don't feel like eating. Hard losing husband, moving, not settled in and trying to just get by each day. I have 'enough' so don't have to rush into a low paying job any time soon but at least i can be lighter on my feet!
