Becoming who I might have been

I'm a 33-year-old mother of a lovely girl I adore and a happy wife. My life is far from perfect, but I keep trying to improve my situation to the best of my abilities. When I have a bad today, I look forward to a better tomorrow. I'm trying to find balance in all things in my life.

I'm glad to see you are back.. The support is definitely helpful and needed. What I like about the support on spark people is you never have to look hard to find at least someone who is still working a good program. I've been struggling a bit trying to get back into a good routine. Even though I'm not working to my idea, I am at least making baby steps. With my 3 girls and everyone's activities, it's sometimes difficult for me accomplish all that I want. I often have to redefine my exercise routines. I would love to buddy up with you. Have a great rest of the week.

Welcome to Living Binge Free! We have a very active thread, over three years running: 21-day streak. But you don't have to aim for 21 right away, and getting to 21 is only a beginning. We aim to learn how to live WITH food and fake hunger forever, not just to lose weight. In fact, most eating disorder programs will tell you that combatting a disorder is incompatible with aiming to lose weight, although weight loss can happen. Hope you'll check us out!
