Gearing Up for Spring!
Update: 3/8 Ah, daylight savings. The bane of any good exercise program. Makes it feel like you're getting up 2 hrs early to workout instead of 1 hr. Then you're tired from the early morning so you want to snack and not exercise in the evening. *sigh* I plan to make this a good daylight savings, though. I'm going to CELEBRATE daylight savings by getting up at my usual time and working out in the morning. Yay!!
