Hope it's been the good kind of busy with life. I'm so proud of me for making a sensible goal this year and keeping up with it. I've already hit the gym on Monday so I'm good for making the goal of twice this week. I'm going to go again today and I might go again on Friday if my foot isn't acting up too much. I've been sticking to the bike and Monday I did planks (2) and then lots of stretching. I've also been trying to stretch before I even get out of the bed in the morning. Sometimes I do an exercise in there like leg lifts or crunches. Take care and see you on the team end of this week hopefully. We are supposed to post our exercise for the week.

Hey Sarah! How are you doing? I've been meeting my goal of going to the gym once or twice a week so next month I'm going to consistently go twice a week and work towards 3 times a week! Yeah!
