Starting Over... And Over... And over.

Hi there!
I've gone at this a few times. But I am starting to get into the mind frame of a healthy lifestyle. I am interested in dieting, eating healthy dishes, fitness, and anything to do with wellness and holistic remedies.
I would like to get down to 130. It is my big goal, and while I am working towards that goal, I would like to adopt new and healthier lifestyle changes, from eating less sugar, to proper posture.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I have been apprehensive about putting my trackers out there for the world to see, to be honest, because they are sometimes not very pretty, but to me, hiding my trackers is a little like an alcoholic drinking in secret. That's not true for everyone, but I think it's true for me. If I can be open, I can stop being ashamed of my choices, then that is part of the victory, right?

Hey, thanks for the comment! I hope you don't mind if I add you as a friend, it'd be really nice to have some input/support from someone with a schedule similar to mine! Right now I'm just trying to get exercise to be a part of my weekly routine, and also do as much healthy eating as I can when I have very little time to prepare meals. I wish I'd realized how good I had it when I was only working 40hrs a week! hehe
