My Goals:
I want to walk consistently 3 times a week for 30 minutes, doing stairs as part of my walk.

My Program:
I do Water Aerobics for 2 hours 3 times a week. The first hour, I can do any exercise I want so I stretch, walk and run in place in the water for 30 minutes. I also watch what I eat - no fried food, no white rice, bread, and only an occasional side dish of potatoes. I eat plenty of fruits and veggies and good protein in small amounts.

Personal Information:
I am from Albuquerque, NM and I am retired but keep busy with exercising, lunch/brunch with my friends, visiting my daughter, cooking and housework and attend church regularly. I love my laptop and being able to get such good inormation as on this site.

Right now my issue is not being able to do water aerobics until March.. and having the extra temptations of the season.

I fell a little short at the end of the year. But I have 68,000 fitness and nothing can change that. I am still working on my 70,000. emoticon

I'm trying to stay on track with my workouts during this holiday season. I know my diet and eating might not be perfect, so the least I can do is keep my workout schedule solid. emoticon
