My Goals:
Living a life of love, laughter, and adventure are what make me feel alive. I am creating the body that will take me wherever I want to go.

Not only will I lose 114 pounds (1 pound at a time), I will be fit and healthy.

Lose 13.75 lbs = 258.25
achieved on 2/25/2014

Lose 27.5 lbs = 244.5
achieved on 4/1/14

Lose 41.25 lbs = 230.75
achieved on 5/23/14

Lose 55 lbs = 217
(this will be my lowest weight in 13 years!)
achieved on 7/26/14 (as of 9/9/14 I am at 222...but I will get here again!)
achieved on 1/16/15!!! Finally broke the plateau!!!

Back up to 220 on 7/7/15...but it is ok...I will be back here VERY soon. Spark on!
