I've found that logging what I eat really helps keep me on track. (Those french fries have HOW MANY calories?!?) I thought I'd try SparkPeople, since it's a web-based platform and can be accessed from work, while traveling, etc. I'd like to ameliorate my health, avoid future health problems, and feel better about myself, and just feel better in general.
