Focus and get stuff done.

I was attending to a wedding on December 2012 but I was overweight and only have 9 month to loose the weight. I start walking and making changes on my eating habits. Making a weekly meal plan on Sundays and making sure before I got to bed I have my breakfast, lunch and 3 snacks ready for the next day. Also I keep a food and execise schedule/journal on my phone. I lost 15 pounds by October and I was in my healthy weight.
