My Goals:
Goals is to eat healthy foods and eliminate sugar, bad carbs and processed foods from my diet as well as incorporating daily exercise into my routine.

My Program:
Just finished Mark Hyman's 10 day detox to eliminate sugar cravings and lost 11 lbs. Joined SP in May to lose the rest of my weight and will use food tracker and exercise tracker to monitor what I truly am eating and burning calorie wise.

Personal Information:
My backyard is my haven and I love to garden and enjoy God's gifts of nature with my two furbabies Bella and MItzi.

Other Information:
I am a project manager and my day is sitting 10 hours a day on computer and phone. Challenges are shielding my body from stress and making time to get up and stretch.

Hi! Thank you for the sweet comment. I'm still new to growing herbs and it has proven a bit of a challenge to me. I do love the flavor of freshness I get when I do manage not to kill something long enough to be able to enjoy it. ;) How have you been? I've been a little slack over the weekend, still tracking but took a break on exercising once I reached my weekly goals. I wish there was a way we could reply to each others comments so it looked more like a conversation. Anyway, i'm going to go try out a new walking trail today.
