Aiming for escape velocity

From 2010 to 2011, I had a wildly successful experience with sparkpeople. When a lot of life changes happened, I went on auto pilot, slowly sliding out of all of my healthy, new habits. I don't know that I can recapture the intensity of my first sparkpeople journey, but if I can do only some of it, I'll be a healthier person for it.

Take things slowly. Drink water. Be mindful of what I eat and why. Exercise regularly. Be patient. Track nutrition and fitness and follow SP guidelines. Keep up with my SP support network.
