Fried Bananas and Fish Egg Spaghetti: Culinary Adventures

I'm a third culture kid who has lived all over the planet Earth, currently located in Japan. I've been a sparker for quite a while, but have a penchant for creating new accounts every 2 years or so and losing all my favorites, blog entries, sparkfriends etc. I'm trying to be different this time and pick a name that has more to do with my long-term self instead of deleting my account and starting all over from scratch. I looked back and noticed that most of my blogs are about food! I guess I am a closet foodie, most of them are also of rather strange foods. Take for example my favorite foods. They are generally strange things that you can only get in certain countries. Chifles, fried and salted banana chips are number one, but a close second is fish egg spaghetti. Mostly I like to post about my cooking experiments! I work at a Japanese university and try to pack my own lunches everyday, so that's usually what I talk about.

For every 2 weeks I hit all goals I will buy a new Kindle book. ^_^

For every month I hit 3/4 weekly goals I will: Set aside 50 dollars towards getting ICL surgery.

If I get 4/4 weekly goals, then I get to go get a massage!

Thank you for taking the time to read and comment on my blog "Mistakes Happen". When we understand that we can not be perfect all the time, we can grow. When we grow, we can conquer this! I have added you as a friend and I hope you have a great weekend :)
