I did well on spark until the end of June 2013, then life got tough and I lost control for a while. I put on 9pounds. But, according to my motto ~ eliminate every pound that sneaks in immediately ~ I am back starting January 2014 to do so!

Do you ever raise your arms up above your head when you do something that you feel really great about? It is a common expression of happy success. Those raised arms resemble…now stick with me here…they resemble the posts on the ends of a football field. Do you agree? And those posts are called…You’ve got it! GOALS! Have you set your GOALS for today? The week? This month? For 2014??

I hope you are meeting your September goals!!!
