My motto is: keep your weight under control and eliminate every pound that sneaks in immediately. That's what I am doing for the rest of my life. And stop eating chocolate, girl!

RESET1: I did well until the end of June 2013, then life got tough and I lost control. I put 9pounds back on, but according to my motto I am back starting January 2014! It took me almost a year to get back to 132 pounds on November 14. 2014. Yay!

RESET 2: Ah well... got there and lost it again. It is now May 1 2015 and I have to acknowledge that I put 5 pounds back on. At least I reacted faster this time. Let's get that fat off the belly for a third time!

In 2016 I will:
- Heal my foot and right leg and stay healthy!
- Go back to 133 pounds and stay there!
- Eat 25% protein every day!
- Strength train every day for 10 minutes!
- Live a positive life! (thinking positive, acting positive, spread love, transform negative thoughts into positive, meditate...)
- Be more courageous and do things I have never done or that I am scared of regularly!
- Travel: go to Sevilla or Marakkesh, to Japan, and I want to walk the Jacobsway in Spain!
- Sing 15 concerts of high quality with great other musicians! (Sing a concert in Duesseldorf and another is Sofia)
- Learn to play the piano better!
- Finish the website on Belgian art song (20th century song) and write a new article on Belgian art song of the 20th Century and submit it to the JOS!
- Run a marathon!
- Run a 10km in 50 minutes!
- Continue to learn the pop-singing techniques! (CVT-ESTIL-SLS)
- Sing a pop song in front of people
