My Goals:
I want to eat natural, simple, and healthy food and stay fit until I die... . Be more balanced and courageous. . Maintain my weight around 60kg ~FITNESS GOALS 2013~ 1- Build strength: do 7 chin-ups, 7 dips and 25 pushups in a row. 2- Run a half marathon. 3- Reduce fat by 1% to under 24%. 4- Improve flexibility through Yoga & Stretching
My Program:
May GOALS: Fitness: . Reach 15km in long run . Finish phase 1 from P90X2 and start phase 2 . Race 9km on May 9 Food: 1. Loose 2 pounds = don't snack (except the 2 healthy snacks) and don't cheat (1800 calories). Courage: 1. Positive thinking: -Put a smile on your face for the whole human race! 2. Go out and don't hide in your job: . Finish 1/2 of the final paper for the further education . Prepare a concert portfolio in German and French to sent out to organizers. . Apply to the NATS conference (June 1)

April 20: 6km race with sister and father! Yes!
