Hi!! Need to get back on the weight loss train, I had lost some weight but allowed myself to start gaining again. I'm ready for a change!!!

Plus my daughter joined athletics this year, soooo I've got to help her get into shape so that she doesn't quit.

My Goals:
My goals are

1. To lose weight & be healthier for myself & my family.

2.To be able to have more energy to get out and do things with my kids.

3. To lose at least 40lbs by this time next year.

My Program:
My program consists of:

1. Learning to chew slower (it takes 25mins for your brain to realize your stomach is full).

2. Staying hydrated and drinking more water and less diet soda.

3. Start my Leslie Sansone indoor walking program that I've had pasted on the bathroom mirror for years!!
OR do the Sweatin' To The Oldies I bought (10/16/2013)

4. Actually doing what I say that I'm going to do. I need structure or I veer off course.

Born and raised in San Angelo, Texas.

Been with hubby since for 27yrs. LOL we dated for 10yrs before we got married.

Have 2 wonderful children who keep me busy all the time!!

Thank you for the comment on my feed. Don't beat yourself up. I've had many starts and stops in my life.

I still do, but the stops are a lot shorter. I just get up, dust myself off, start over, and without regret keep going!

It feels good to see that the progress I made in just 1 months time. I am back on track and working hard today. Of course I'm back to step one and very hungry but that is MY fault because I am not pushing the water enough...... TY for hanging in here with me AGAIN my friend!
