Trying to be the best I can be!

I've been on weight watchers since I was a teenager. I remember having to cook down tomato sauce to make ketchup! In my early twenties I lost a lot of weight and then had 3 children in 4 years. In the many (29) years since then, I've been up and down. Mostly up. I think my highest was about 200 pounds. I have lost over 40 pounds through weight watchers and exercise. I would like to lose about another 7 pounds to get in the low end of my range, but PP just doesn't seem to do it for me. Looking ...

My Goals:
I'd like to lose a few pounds and be able to maintain my weight loss while living a normal life and not thinking about food and exercise all the time!

My Program:
Currently using PP on WW and going to the gym 5-7 times a week. Doing a combination of cardio--zumba, treadmill, elliptical--and weights and machines. Trying to do a 5K

Other Information:
Love my family, cooking, reading, exercising, cruising, and any beach anywhere!!

Welcome to the Getting Closer team! Feel free to take a look around our boards and post if you have any questions or just want to introduce yourself.
