The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful exercise, enough sleep and some deep prayer. Wow - this already sounds like a fantastic year! Hope the same for all who read this.

Yay scale! Isn't that fun? Mine, too! It feels so good to have the number going down instead of up. Hope your crockpot recipe turns out totally delisheeus!

Glad you got rid of your leftovers! You can start all over again!! I may need to use your scale--mine seems to be stuck! emoticon I'm feeling better and jeans are a smidge looser so I'm not concerned but would sure like to see those numbers start to drop!!
