The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful exercise, enough sleep and some deep prayer. Wow - this already sounds like a fantastic year! Hope the same for all who read this.

I'm so glad you have your dream team in place at work. In my opinion, NOTHING is more important to a happy work life!

Hi - thanks for your comment on my blog. Yea, I initially thought that might be the reason (because right foot hurts), but thinking back, it would hurt after I walked in my neighborhood for several months now -- of course, the right foot issues may have made it hurt more.

Dr's appointment tomorrow morning so we'll see!

My cats are also spoiled and have us well trained. That wind can be cold. Bundle up for those walks. Good luck with developing the habit of exercise and keeping up[ with those puppies. I am enjoying being outdoors again rather than in the gym.
