My Goals:
My goals are to increase my health and longevity. My driving reasons for my goals are my son (7yrs) and my husband. I waited a long time to have them both in my life and I want to be around as long as possible!


My Program:
Current Goal: lose 20lb by the end of 2016


#1 mini goal: start a fitness streak with minimum 10min /day.
plan: I have a membership to the YMCA where I can do circuit training and swimming (which I love!) And a treadmill at home.

#2 mini goal: 5 fruit/veggies a day

#3 mini goal: drink 8

Monthly Goal:

Long term goal: Look and feel marvelous in my skin and be 100 lb lighter.
