Getting Back Up

I was on Spark People a couple of years ago and lost 70 pounds. At one point, after doing P90X and the 3 day/60 mile breast cancer walk, even though I weighed 300 pounds, I was still in the best shape I had ever been in my life. I was walking constantly, running up flights of stairs and doing strength training several times a week. Somehow though, over the last year or so, I totally lost it. I gained back thirty pounds and lost almost all of my strength. Some days, I have to hold on to the rail ...

At one point, after doing P90X and the 3 day/60 mile breast cancer walk, even though I weighed 300 pounds, I was still in the best shape I had ever been in my life. I was walking constantly, running up flights of stairs and doing strength training several times a week. Somehow though, over the last year or so, I totally lost it. I gained back thirty pounds and lost almost all of my strength. Some days, I have to hold on to the rail to make the last few stairs to my room. Yes, I want to be fit and athletic and reach my goal weight, but more than that, I want to get back to being so fit and healthy again.
