My Goals:
To continue to lose weight, but specifically body fat %, by increasing strength training and building more muscle.

My Program:
1400 - 1600 calories/day.
40% carb/40% prot/20% fat
Cardio 3x/week
Strength training 3x/week
More recreational exercise (bike riding, tennis, walking)


Personal Information:
I'm 51, with husband and three children. I'm an Account Executive at a marketing firm. I love gardening, going to movies and getting together with my friends.

Other Information:
I've been on this journey since January 2011.
2011 - lost 65 lbs
2012 - lost/gained net +15
2013 - determined to lose the rest (85 lbs more)
