Let the Sparks Fly!

I have been dieting off and on since the summer after third grade. This struggle can get very emotional for me, but it is a battle worth fighting and one I have won many times. What I want to do differently now is to even out my ups and downs to gentle waves. At my age and stage I don't need a stressful approach to anything, including dieting. My Goals:
I want to look thinner and tighter, and feel healthier and more energetic, with less pain when moving.

My Program:
I will be moving to eating more whole foods, fewer processed foods, less fat and less sugar.
For cardio I will primarily be using my bike, to reduce impact on my joints and keep it fun.
For strength training, I will be using Jorge Cruise's Real People, Real Sizes system to start. I hope to add yoga &/or tai chi moves as I go along.
