    OK this is my complicated life Dr says my LYME disease is active again so on Large amounts of antibiotics. But this is the biggest problem I can have no dairy, no flour, no sugar and no salt and to top that off no night shade veggies like potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and egg plant oh and no paprika. Now that takes out a lot I love to eat.I can eat Meat and romaine lettuce onions, cucumbers, carrots, oats, almond milk rice flour and rice. emoticon

    I really am having health issues. I sooo need to lose weight and get healthier but my disease has me on a roller coaster One day I feel good and other days really bad. I have to trudge through the bad and hope for the good days more often. God help me. I feel like I will explode soon.

    Well I'm having problems with pre-menopause. One minute I;m Hot the next cold up and down all hours of the night, I have good days when I feel great and then I have days I can hardly make myself walk. I am struggling I want sweet stuff then salty stuff. I need to make myself say no but my will power is low with all these mood swings. I know this sounds like an excuse So what do I DO AND ALL YOU OUT THERE WHAT DID YOU DO. HELP emoticon
