My Goals:
goals set are: lose 100 pounds.
lose atleast 50 pounds in 1 year.
walk/run in a 5k
walk 1 mile a day or ride my bike 1 mile a day.Stay on a calorie budget streak of 1500 cal.

My Program:
spark diet of 1500 cals per day.
ride bike or walk daily
work 30 minutes a day on my Wii fit

Started eating clean 1 week and feeling better and lost 6 pounds not sure how but happy

I really am having health issues. I sooo need to lose weight and get healthier but my disease has me on a roller coaster One day I feel good and other days really bad. I have to trudge through the bad and hope for the good days more often. God help me. I feel like I will explode soon.

Well I'm having problems with pre-menopause. One minute I;m Hot the next cold up and down all hours of the night, I have good days when I feel great and then I have days I can hardly make myself walk. I am struggling I want sweet stuff then salty stuff. I need to make myself say no but my will power is low with all these mood swings. I know this sounds like an excuse So what do I DO AND ALL YOU OUT THERE WHAT DID YOU DO. HELP emoticon

This week I have worked very hard in staying with my calorie goal. I have been on leave of absents from work taking care of my Mom. This had to be the hardest thing I have done in my life. She past away oct 15. Now I must take this time to get back on track and concentrate on me. I want to remarry and I want to be below 200 when this happens. My nerves are a reck and I really need to be more active to get them calmed down. I returned to work this week so hopefully I can get back on track and stay there.

Today is the end of my second vacation this year, I have weed whacked part of my pasture field, and many other things this week. My pants feels allot looser but the scales ( which I hate) shows no change in weight. But because of all of you I am not changing my course I will exercise and eat my 1500 calories per day. This will make me healthier and someday skinnier. have a good weekend everyone
