My name is Beth and I am the mother of 2 wonderful young men and a grandmother to 5 incredible grandchildren, ages 14, 13, 11, 9, and 5 years. I live in the southeastern US. emoticon emoticon I really appreciate having you with me on this journey. I find myself referring back to many of the 100 Days lessons throughout the day and I did finish reading the entire book and am now going back and doing the daily activities.

When we get to day 100 we need to pick our 10 favorite lessons. I am keeping that in mind as I go through each day. The set I am in now 31-40 are having meaningful impact as I do so want to learn to eat to hunger/satiety levels without having to count and measure the rest of my life. I'm hoping to be able to make the switch to that after reaching goal and maintaining a loss for a couple of months.

You know, after seeing the book cover I think I have it here, one of those, so many books I had buy in a desperate effort to find the right, fast way to loose weight, but never read.
