I am down 38.5 in this photo and just finished a weekend of lifting heavy.

This is 8/3/09 and after losing 41 pounds. No Spanx involved.

I have no idea what weight I am here in Feb of 2008. I actually thought I looked decent like this.

Doin' Deadwood and Roller Derby
I am currently training to run a 5K as well as trying out for the local roller derby. I have lost 40+ over the last year. I have been strength training and doing cardio regularly since March. I have had a personal trainer since May and my body has totally changed it's shape as a result of the exercise moreso than the scale. Not only do I have much more self esteem, I am way happier than ever before. I really feel like my goals are achievable for the first time in my life. ...
