FEARLESS FUCHSIA - Melting Me With the Help of My FEARLESS FUCHSIA FRIENDS!!!

August, 2010, I joined SparkPeople. That's almost 5 years ago!! I am somewhat less than when I joined (23.5 lbs), and I could be discouraged, but instead I'm pleased that I am still on a downward track:) The biggest help I have found is joining Biggest Loser Challenges. Long Term Goals:

*Begin a walking program

My Program:
1-Measure portions twice a month to be sure I am maintaining accurate sizes.
2.Walk 30 min a day 4 days a week
3-Strenth train 3 days a week
4-Remember to have annual tests done

Personal Information:
I am a Christian who is truly blessed. God has given me a great life! I usually don't give out personal info unless I know someone, but I have just given the most important info about me.
I have a great husband and sons who are an encouragement to me on this journey.

Other Information:
I love to read for relaxation, or information, or anything else. My husband tells people I'll read anything, but that's not true:) I haven't read the dictionary or the encyclopedia from cover to cover.

emoticon Glad you had a good day!!!!! I had a good day too!!!!!!
It is my busy time where I work so I have been working 6 hour days.
My mom's back is better and she is out of the brace so I am back home where I have computer access and am working on losing the almost 20 pounds I gained for the 10 weeks I stayed with her while she was in her brace and after til she was able to do for herself again. She doesn't have a computer or Wi Fi access.
So I am Sparking again and hope the weight will come off soon. I am working out again and using my food tracker.
It was good to hear from you!!!!!
