If Not Now, Then When!

Update on 9/15/13.
This month I celebrated my 65th birthday and 40th wedding anniversary! Have lost 15 lbs but need to get serious about losing more! Am setting a 50 lb. goal and when I accomplish this I will set a new goal.
I continue to work in my high stress job but with a plan to leave before summer of 2014.
By Sept. 2014 I will be slimmer, more attractive, healthier and more active! I can do it, especially with the help of this website and the SP community!

My Goals:
To lose weight and get healthier one day at a time!
Need to not be embarrassed about having my picture taken!
Take my grandchildren swimming in the summer of 2014!

My Program:
*Weigh myself on the 1st and 15th of each month.
*Include fitness in my daily routine.
*Divide my day into three.
6-12; 12-6; & 6-12
*Determine short and long term goals.
*Log onto SP daily to keep me motivated!
* Portion Control: "Make it a small, please."

Personal Information:
My name is Claire. I live in Massachusetts, the greater Boston area. Live with my husband of 40 years. We have three grown children and two grandchildren. Our family is very close and we enjoy times together whenever possible. I am a nurse and currently working full time as a director in a home care agency.

Other Information:
Love to draw and paint. Have done lots of knitting, basket making and numerous arts and crafts over the years. Looking forward to when I have more time to do these things.

HI, Claire - it's nice to meet you and thank you for welcoming me to the 100 Days of WL team. I'm really excited to find this team and to get started working through the book - which I purchased a while back but never actually read. So, it looks like you recently retired? I'm so happy for you and hope you can just enjoy every minute of your newfound free time, including doing the 100 Day challenge. I'm excited to see what we can both accomplish during this time and I'm looking forward to getting to know you better!

If the URL doesn't work, do this instead:

go to my page and hit the 1st team I have
scroll down and you will see 5 different Forums
(the bold 5 items are called "Forums"; underneath are "topics")
go to the one named, "THE100 DAYS LESSONS Forum"
click on Links to 100 Days individual Threads
you will see the day you want
we are on day 19 today and you are allowed to catch up if you want; otherwise just go on your own pace

PS: Under the General Team Discussion Forum, some of us get together on the "Let's Chat: Share your Day w/us!" topic and say what's been happening. Then after you finish 1-11, you go to somewhere (I think its the 100 Days Honor Roll topic) and you will get a medal for completing it.
