A)Body Transformation Part I (Jan 13 - June 13, 2014): Wt loss target-26lbs, BF loss-10%

Transformation Part II (June 14 - December 13, 2014): Wt loss target-14lbs, BF loss-5%

B)10K Race: Run it around 55min -result 56:16.8(March 15) 2nd place in my age group


LTG: reach 20% BF(by my Tanita home scale) and maintain

Strength Training- Cathe STS Mesocycle

Cardio- Run/Walk 5 miles/day

Thanks for commenting on my page. The 10K race was FABULOUS, thanks for asking! I'd really trained hard for it for the past 6 months, and did very well for a first try. I did it in 1 hr 9 min (which was 5 minutes faster than my previous 10K training run) and came 13th in my age division. It was a beautiful day, the race was VERY well organized, and I felt STRONG. I'm doing another one later this month, and it would be great to improve on my time; but I'm not going to count on it. By that point, we could have snow which would definitely affect my time.

I see one of your goals is to become athletic, too. That's terrific! I think too many people are shooting for "skinny" when we should all be aiming for "healthy and strong."

Throw out the start over parachute...imagine you are falling from the plane and the only thing that will save you is eating right and moving your body!
