Eliminating the Freshman 15...ok 25.... finally!

I am a twenty something trying to FINALLY get off the 25 pounds I lost in college. I actually gained almost 35 but have since lost 10 (from ceasing the "powerlifting" from my college soccer days) and am working on the additional 25. I actually like working out, it's the eating part that is hard. I LOVE ice cream, treats, snack and such. We shall see what happens!!!

My Goals:
I am trying to lose a total of 25 pounds by my birthday as I am turning 25, haha. I want to drop the first 15 though by vacation time in July...no bathing suit unless I do!!!

My Program:
I have been tracking my calories (always staying under my goal ) and exercising 2-4, sometimes 5 times a week.

Hey there, I saw your post about getting back from vacation. I totally understand--today's my 1st day back, also. And then I leave on ANOTHER vacation on Thursday. Not a great time to join Spark, but I"m determined to see this through. Vacation is temporary, but our health and fitness are for life. So hang in there, you can and will do this!!
