You asked about fruits and veggies and colitis on a reply to Becky Hand's blog?? I find I can tolerate raw fruits and veggies if I micro process them down to small pieces, like 1/4 inch. In fact, now, after about a year of doing that, I can leave 1 serving whole in my salad. Today I ate microprocessed romaine lettuce, shredded canned pineapple, and 1/2 c. fresh blueberries.
I still have a lot to chew, including those blueberries, but I not longer have problems. Good Luck!! 1124 days ago
