I'm a gym rat who fell off the wagon. Looking to lose weight and get fit to keep up with my toddler. Recently vegan (whole foods, plant-based) for health and ethical reasons and a grad student finally following my dream.
I love the elliptical and weight training as well as yoga, Tai Chi Chih and pilates. I'm struggling with getting exercise in consistently with all my life demands. The motivation is there, I just keep struggling to bring the motivation to action.
