Praise God and His Son Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
And Hello to all my Spark friends and family.
This is a new year and a new me! I find myself eating healthier and working out more. Since I have started Sparks, I have been doing the yo-yo when it came to my weight loss, but as of Jan, I have been pretty consistent in my eating habits and my exercise program. And my SP Family have been so supportive and I have made so many new friends.

My Goals:
I would like to be healthy enough to walk and spread the Word of God. I want to be able to pray on my knees longer and lift my hands to God higher.
My Program:
I am eating less during the day and I eat light at home. I fast once a month for 2 or 3 days and I am working out more, walking, sit-ups, stuff like that.
Personal Information:
I am from Irvington, NJ and I am 48 years old. Married for 7 years with 2 daughters and 2 grandkids
Other Information:
I truly love Sparks because they have helped me to not only lose weight but to reach out more to my spiritual side.
