How is it going? I hope you have a Fabulous Friday and that life and your health are good!!!

Eating yogurt and berries again for breakfast and have my healthy ground turkey, spinach, tomatoes and italian seasonings with a salad packed for lunch. It is a rainy day so may have to look up some cardio videos tonight on spark or you tube.

Thanks for the goodie! That is my new go to breakfast and whipped up some fresh strawberries and greek yogurt for breakfast this morning. Had a great spinach salad with gilled peppers, feta cheese and carrots with olive oil and just a touch of vinegar. The roasted peppers added just the right spice and it was topped with some blackened chicken! The salad bar at my health food grocer is my new fast food restaurant.

Have a beuatiful rest of the week!!! Off to do my strength video!!
