I'm looking to improve myself...physically, mentally, emotionally and spirtually! It is all connected!

I'm currently at 160 pounds and am determined to get down to 140 pounds. I desire a toned body. I want to feel confident in a bikini and everything I wear! Fill my body with good things.

I want to be more confident. Happy. Positive.

My Program:
I try to get to the gym 4-5 times per week.
Monday - Class
Tuesday - 20 mins weight training (arms), 15 mins abs & back, 40 mins eliptical/treadmill
Wednesday - Class
Thursday - 20 mins weight training (legs), 15 mins abs & back, 40 mins eliptical/treadmill
Saturday - Class

Always eat breakfast & follow the Canada Food Guide for what I should be eating in a day. I love green tea and drink alot of it! Good for your health because of the antioxidents and supposedly good for weight loss!
