I love working out - what a change!

I live on the west coast, about 1 hour from the ocean; married 4 years; have two grown sons; a step-daughter and five grandchildren; and I ride a Harley Davidson Super Glide. I'm recently retired, my husband is a stockbroker (7 years my junior) and a body builder. I had my first figure competion last October at Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville, OR. Didn't win, but didn't come in last (I was 60, the winner was 19). I am trained by Genevieve Moreno (Google her name and Seven Feathers ...

My Goals:
My goals are to remain healthy and strong until the end of my life. To be lean and fit and stay agile and quick.
Added goals since competing in figure show: Compete and come be in the first 5!!!

My Program:
I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories/day; I eat six times/day; I balance my nutrients light to carbs, heavier (slightly) to protein and somewhat light to fat. I exercise at least 6 times/ week. I exhaust my muscles when I lift weights; I do 45 min. of cardio at least 4x''s/weekl

Other Information:
I have two sons, 31 and 33, 5 grandchildren and a husband of 3 years. We ride Harley''s every weekend. He is a body builder and my coach. I used to ride dirt bikes and drive drag and stock cars. I''m a great teamplayer and cheerleader for my buddies.

thanks for stopping by my blog. yes i;m going to stay on this weight loss journey. but there is some things i can;t do anymore. like weights. i;m not able to pick up my 7 month old granddaughter who is 15 lbs. when i did i fell to the floor. so weights are out. so i guess walking is it
