My Goals:
Discipline is doing what you know needs to get done even though you don't like doing it.
Right now, my goal is to go from lazy to disciplined. To shut the voice that brings me down ( pity, anger...etc) and transform it into the voice that cheers me up.

My Program:
1- Complete 4 weeks boot-camp fitness challenge.
10 min workout + 20 cardio

2-complete 4 weeks bikini challenge
10 min workout+ 30 cardio

3-Control my portion once a week, then increase to twice a week...etc.

Make me priority #1.


Personal Information:
I am a wife, a mother to a 1 y.o. A work at home mom, and a hopeful entrepreneur. I love reading, marketing, internet and social media. I struggle with anger, self esteem.
