Have tried before, hope it works this time. Feel like this is my last chance.

My Goals:
to lose weight to become more active, hoping to go on a zipline in May during a cruise. The last time I went, 2 yrs ago, it was very tiring. Want to be able to stop high blood pressure meds.

My Program:
Have started logging my nutrition so I can be more accountable, knowing where the calories are going and what I need to increase for my health. Going to kickboxing 3x a week.

Hey, Bikerider, You're pretty brave to get out on the road in that BIG thing. Thanks for coming on my page--I appreciate it. To add the Emoticons, just look down at the right hand side of your comment space where it says 'Add Emoticon'. Click on that and up will come some little icons--you click one you like. It will jump on your comment space. It's fun to use. I'm going to send you a goodie for being so sweet. I love the way your mother is taking care of herself, going to the gym.
