I'm Gonna Be Fit

I'm very determined to loose some serious weight and thus be a better Husband, Dad, Grandad, Brother, Friend, and Cyclist. To accomplish this, I will rely on my trusty bicycles as my primary exercise vehicles and my family and friends for moral support. Of course, no weight loss plan is complete without stressing healthy eating. Together, we can't possibly lose. Alberto Contador get out of my way!!

Thanks Bill for commenting on my radio interview, it was fun, If I can inspire just one person, it makes it all worth it. Heading out next week on vacay and the daughter's wedding is this Monday, sheesh I've been one busy chick. Hanging tough, just like you.

Thanks for stopping by my blog last week. You are a lot more active than I am. I would probably eat more carbs too if I burned that many calories. Although I'd be eating more overall calories too probably, so maybe the percentage of carbs wouldn't change so much.

Mostly though, sugar just isn't good for anybody, no matter what type of diet you eat. Food for thought...

Thanks for the positive post. My sister and I just started riding trails last year. Although we are from Iowa I am still amazed with those who ride RAGBRAI. Congratulations on that.
