Word for 2017
My word for 2017 is "movement."

Movement can be such a positive word.

1. Movement toward life goals and dreams.
2. Movement daily of my body toward health and wellness.
3.Movement toward creativity and kindness.
4. Moving into a healthy repertoire of food choices.
5. Moving to feel better about myself.

Ready to be keep moving in 2017.

My Goals:







Goals 2017

1. Exercise, (walk, hike, garden, bike) 5 days a week.
2. resistance exercise 1-2 day a week.
3. Record exercise each time.
4. Track calories daily for a while when I get off track..
5. Spend time reading spiritual, motivational writing.
6. Visit the hiking trails near my home at least weekly when the trails are not ice covered.
7. Visit my Spark Pages every day.

Strive every day to be healthy, physically and spiritually.

Move through setbacks. Don't allow depression to interfere with moving forward.

Stay positive, focused, and 'present."


My Program:
Tracking calories when I start getting off track. Walk, hike, garden or bike 5 times a week at least.

Deal with setbacks positively. Stay positive. Be mindful. Keep moving.
