Hi Bill,
Thank for you the encouragement and the spark goodie! Believe it or not, I am doing okay, and I am content I stayed just about the same on the scale. Would a loss have been nice? Of course, but I realize that there are many factors that can cause the scale to go up and down and this chick is NOT giving up. I love to crunch number, keep excel sheets and follow my progress, and sometimes there is a slight gain before a good loss, so I am keeping my chin up and look forward to the week ahead of smart eating and exercising. I am very happy we are Firecracker buddies, it's such a great group of people. Only problem is my husband wants to call me "Sparky" now....I told him "Sparkler or Sparkles" would be better! LOL

Hope you have a wonderful day! Thanks again for being such a great Spark friend!

Warmly, Nancy

Hi Bill,
Thanks for coming over and reading my blog post. I have few people that also seem interested in keeping a health journal, so I might do some more post on it. It's a great way to keep track of things, and document the changes for the journey, plus being creative make me happy! Even if people aren't artistic, they can use stickers and other things to put in their journal.

Did you have a nice weekend? How has the weather been in your neck of the woods? We actually had a "heat wave" here in Kansas, was in the upper 50's felt lovely! I know that it won't last long, but it sure felt great to get outside and get some fresh air!

Have a wonderful week!

Warmly, Nancy
