My Goals:
Goals´┐Ż..yes indeed.

1. Exercise, (walk, garden, bike) 5 days a week.
2. Visit the gym for resistance exercise 1 day a week.
3. Record exercise each time.
4. Track calories 2-3 days a week minimum.
5. Spend time reading spiritual, motivational or poetry daily.
6. Visit the hiking trails near my home at least weekly when the trails are not ice covered.
7. Visit my Spark Pages every day.

Strive every day to be healthy, physically and spiritually.

Move through setbacks. Don't allow depression to interfere with moving forward.

Stay positive, focused, and 'present."

My Program:
Faithfully tracking food and calories. Walking or gym 5 days a week this winter. Will turn it up several notches in the spring and begin biking.

Deal with setbacks positively.

Personal Information:
I am in "retirement mode." I can create time for exercise and weight loss.

Other Information:
Gardening, hiking, biking. watching classic movies. Enjoying podcasts. Listening to podcasts, reading poetry and novels. My wife and I are both RN's. I do a lot of volunteer work. Makes life richer.

Like you I hit the 3 week crash, it always happens and it's frustrating. I recognize it though, and it sounds like you do too. So that in itself means we are making progress, if even just mental awareness. I am back on track and am hoping you found your way back and are letting the 3 week crash know this is not the time nor the place!
