Getting Healthy

My name is Billie. My goal is to achieve a healthy BMI of 22. Right now, I''m at 27 and so I''ve got some work ahead of me. My plan is to get active, eat more fiber, and drink plenty of water. I am reviewing my goal board every day to remind me how much I really want to succeed. But I feel stuck and am looking for some inspiration and motivation to meet my goals.
