My Goals:
I started at 201 and intend to end up at 146 pounds, bringing my BMI back into the normal range. I used to be obese, with a BMI of 33.5.

My Program:
I try to stay with my recommended calorie range, without actually going on a diet. I love veggies and fruit, seafood and lean poultry, I just have to cut down on the extra fat and sweets I occasionally crave for.
My calorie range has gone up a little now that I am doing more cardio than in the beginning and with all the added fiber sometimes I even have a hard time getting enough calories without grabbing something sweet.

Bine, from Cologne, Germany. i work as a graphic designer, video artist and veejay. I'm 45 and happily bundled up with a man who shares my profession and my taste in foods.

Hi Bine, Thanks for commenting on my blog! I'm actually vacationing at home-just Jasper and me because hubby has to work. I live on top of a mountain near the Adirondack Park border. It's a beautiful area, if you don't count the darn deer flies...which are really treacherous, especially today in the humidity. We only made it 3.58 miles today; the rest will have to be done inside.

Hi Bine! I hope you had a good weekend! I know maybe1/2 a lasagna wouldn't have killed my diet..but i had a lot of sweets at the retirement party! whoops! and I took the day off yesterday to rest because I was just exhausted! lol But I'm back at it today in the beautiful sunshine! going to go for another jog!
