Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm a mother of three with a wonderful husband. Life is good...if somewhat hectic at our house. Three teenagers keep me busy! I like to run (most of the time), read, eat and drink red wine. Sadly I like the last three a lot more than running! Thus I have 15lbs that I continue to lose and regain. I've lost the weight three times yet put it all back on again. It would be easy to give up yet here I am again and DETERMINED to lose it once again. This month I'm taking control and loosing some weight. Wish me luck!

Weight Loss Goal: 15lbs Weight Goal: 135lbs Fitness Goal: Break the 10 minute mile pace on my next long race (Broad Street 10 Miler...May 2013)...finish in under 100 minutes!

Nutrition: No more word "diet" in my vocabulary. This is forever...not just a few weeks. I know what I need to do...I just need to do it. Eat healthy, Eat Regularly, No binges! Planning ahead and making sure I have plenty of healthy food and good choices in the house at all times would be a major accomplishment.

I'm the mother of three great children living in beautiful Chester County, PA. I have a wonderful husband, a huge but loveable Great Dane, a finicky cat, and a low maintenance turtles. Life is busy here but loving it most of the time!

When I'm not working or running my kids around:... I love to read...just about anything! I'm passionate about great writing, regardless of the subject. I also like to spend time in my garden...looking forward to spring.
