One of the great things about Spark Coach is the daily accountability. It has really helped with my consistency and motivation. There are five tasks each day but they don't take long--only about 10-15 minutes. I do them each morning and it sets the tone for my day.
Today's program was about eating on the clock and it really resonated with me, thus the blog.
