A 30 year old male from the UK, into Capoeira and photography.

How I started: I hit 20 stones and thought Oh Oh, got to lose the weight and here I am. Also had a goal to not be unfit when I hit 30 (which I've done).

Now my goal is to be fit for my new child when it comes so that I can go out and not be out of breath :)


Routine
----------

Weight Lifting

Mon - Chest + Triceps
Tuedays - Shoulders + core/abs
Wednesday - Legs + Back
Thursday - Biceps + core/abs

Cardio
------

Monday + Friday - Jog 2/3 miles
Monday - Thursday - The deck of cards routine (it is a mixture of bodyweight exercises, but it's done quick enough to raise the heartrate

Rest Days

Saturday - Sunday

My Goals:
Goal (Short): Become proficient at Capoeira and be able to get to a low bodyfat.

Do at least 10 pulls ups and 10 handstand pushups.

Goal (Long): I want to have a powerful physique..Strong back/core/arms/legs and be agile. Have a physique worthy of a magazine cover.

Bodyfat Goal: 15%
Weight Goal: 14 stone
