Just Me
I am a lucky mother to one wonderful little boy. I am taking some time to get healthy again. Dragging my family along the way. I love to cook and bake and garden. I try hard to support local farmers and gardens as much as possible and eat seasonally. I am a computer geek and am trying to get my momma brain back in gear starting my own company with my husband. This is probably more challenging than the weight loss! Through SparkPeople so far I have rediscovered my love of exercise, of strength training and energy. I really dislike being tired and crabby, it is too hard to exercise! So even my sleep has been improved!

My Goals:

My Program:
Cardio 6-7 days a week. Hiking, beginning running, kettlebell training. 20-60 mins. Strength training 3-4 days a week. Nothing over the top, just 5 good exercises. Stretching every day. Tracking my nutrition closely. Everything that goes into my mouth goes onto my tracker. At first it was hard to keep the calories in check, now I have to be sure to get enough in! water water water. I truly drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. I think it helps with both recovery and diet. Attitude. Very positive, try my best and if I have a day that is totally off, it was a party day and we all need those every so often. life goes on. Also, trying hard to not obsess over weighing and measuring myself. I am following the program and it will happen.
